Ah!!! Our two swallows, Didier and Jenn, travelled all over the world before landing in 2007. Their nest is perched above this hill at the entrance to the village of Douzens. He's originally from the village, she's American, but both were immersed in wine from an early age.
Every gesture in the vineyard and in the cellar is thought out with respect for nature. The estate comprises 9 hectares, ranging from classic grape varieties (Carignans, Syrah, Cincault and Mourvedre) to a host of old varieties.
In the hills, you love the land and the people, you always feel good and the swallows are always plentiful.
The estate's emblematic vintages are kept in the ageing cellar, while other, more modern wines are enjoyed directly by the lucky few.
