Jean-Marie Rimbert, the winemaker
logo

In 1996, our friend Jean-Marie Rimbert settled on the slopes of the Saint Chinian hills, in the small village of Berlou, where he cultivates 28 hectares of vines on schist and limestone soils. He is an epicurean and a lover of literature. He brings out the best in local grape varieties such as Carignan, Grenache, Mourvèdre and Cinsault to make pleasant, low-alcohol wines that focus on fruit and pleasure.
