It's impossible not to introduce you to the 23-hectare Domaine du Petit Oratoire, run since 2016 by the iconic Lori Haon. Most of the vines are located in Valliguières, surrounded by hills creating a natural microclimate. The grapes are harvested exclusively by hand, with gravity-fed vatting in concrete or stainless steel vats. There are no inputs, no filtration and, exceptionally, little sulphiting.
Lori is passionate about his work, paying particular attention to his heterogeneous soils and the 13 grape varieties he owns to produce natural, fine and elegant wines.
