Nestled in Saint-Alexandre in the Gard (nicknamed the ‘Little Rome of Provence’), the Domaine de Jape-Loup is a 10-hectare estate (including 5 hectares of vines) dedicated to ‘living’ wines; a genuine agroecological project, the vineyard is managed by a committed winegrower and agronomist.

The soils are preserved through entirely manual labour, treatments using essential oils and seaweed, and the integration of almond, olive and pistachio orchards.

The vineyard is planted with Syrah, Grenache Noir, Carignan and Cinsault, including century-old vines. The grapes are harvested by hand into small crates to preserve the fruit.

Native yeasts, zero inputs, and gentle ageing to allow the purity of the terroir to shine through.

An authentic style (with a slight touch of the ‘Plat Pays’) and an obvious warmth, perfect for lovers of pure, natural wines!
