Olivier Valence has been growing grapes at Domaine du Petit Malo since 2009 on 6 hectares of clay-limestone soil in the heart of the Gard vineyards, just a few minutes from the ducal town of Uzès. The estate produces organic wines. The wines are made in vats, demi-muids and Burgundy barrels under the AOP Duché d'Uzès, IGP Pays D'Oc and IGP Cévennes appellations.
