A seasoned traveller through the world of wine, Éléonore cut her teeth at major estates and alongside more modest winegrowers. Driven by her passion, she went on to explore every facet of the wine world, from cooperage to vine nurseries.

Working in the wine trade gave her new expertise, eventually making her an outstanding wine taster.

In search of a place where she could put her experience to good use, it was in the Rhône Valley, near the village of Séguret, that Éléonore – the bubbly Burgundian – settled down to produce her first vintage in 2024.

She chose her plots on a whim, guided by the energy of the place and her gut feeling – ‘where she feels at home’. On clay-limestone soils, she allows the terroir to express itself whilst minimising her impact on the environment as much as possible.

Four small vineyards, covering around 2 hectares, the oldest of which are 65 years old and planted with Syrah, Grenache Noir, Carignan, Cinsault and Mourvèdre, are tended with great care.

In the cellar, she is a perfectionist: humble yet determined to reveal the full potential of her wines.

Gently harvested into crates and aged in vats, her wines are wonderfully fresh and bursting with aroma, revealing supple, silky tannins. They are a true reflection of her dedication and her terroir.
